Christmas at Airliewood

Rust College celebrated Christmas in the beautifully-decorated Airliewood mansion in Holly Springs.
Every room had strings of lights and garlands or displays of contributed pieces of artwork or furnishings. Cynthia Cole, a retiree of Rust College, decorates the home where president David Beckley and his wife Gemma live. Cole has decorated the house and other areas of Rust College campus for years.
The college received Airliewood in December 2011, through an agreement with Joe and Kathy Overstreet, who had purchased the property and extended a wing on the back.
