Carolyn Renee Griggs Hill

Carolyn Renee Griggs Hill, 60, of Ashland, died May 9, 2021, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. She was the first lady of New Beginning Church where she was a Sunday School teacher and over the ministry's mission department.

Services were held at 12 noon on May 22 at New Life Church of God in Collierville, Tenn. Sharron Goodman-Hill officiated. Burial was in Williams Temple Church Cemetery in Moscow, Tenn.

She leaves her husband, Pastor Johnny R. Hill Jr.; three children, Jesika Hill Youngblood (Christopher), Johnny R. Hill III, Genesis D. Hill; 12 siblings, Jacqueline Griggs, Sandra Griggs Wiltz (Joseph), Arlesua Faye Griggs Frazier (James), Carol Griggs Brewster (Robert), Dwanna Griggs, Anita GriggsHayes, Gregory Griggs, Terry Griggs (Rita), Vickie Griggs Jackson (Jakoby) Clinton J. Griggs, Edwardo Griggs, Helena "Von" Griggs; and three grandchildren.
