LeRoy White Sr.

LeRoy White Sr., 88, of Holly Springs, died May 11, 2017, at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, N.Y.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on June 3, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Holly Springs.

He leaves his wife of 23 years, Oreader Dukes White of Rochester; his children, LeRoy Jr. (Joann), Robert (Patricia), Stanley (Delois), Sharon and Samantha, all of Holly Springs, Gary (Jeann) of Dallas, Texas, Kathryn A. Reed of Milwaukee, Wisc., and Constance Sowell of Chicago, Ill; his step-mother, Imogene White of Sheffield, Ala., three half-brothers, Jerome White of Sheffield, Terry White of Huntsville, Ala., and David White of Birmingham, Ala.; two half-sisters, Peggy Miller of Nashville, Tenn., and Jeanette Sykes of Detroit, Mich.; seven grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Ethel Lee Dandridge White; and one son, Maurice F. White.
